Anyone know why all over Paris there are small rolled and tied up rugs sitting on the street corner? Normally near bicycles, scooters, or motorcycles?

That's my first day observation.

Oh and: Recommendations anyone?

beautiful place; been twice and both times great exhibits. there isn't an obvious entry, but it is behind a big wooden door and the bollards outside the door used to be painted multicoloured.
