{Book wins. Hands down. The movie looked amazing, but replaced the themes of repression, loneliness, and society standards, with over bearing suicide/death/fashion fascinations. Plus all but a fraction of the interesting interior monologue/narration was removed completely. That said: killer interiors, clothing, cars and that amazing pinkie ring}
